Occupational Therapy Assessment – $260

Service Includes:

  • 60-minute clinical assessment

  • Caregiver interview and consultation

  • Clinical observation and interpretation

  • Goal development and planning

  • Written summary and recommendations


Occupational Therapy Report (Optional) – $160

Service Includes:

  • Detailed clinical report

  • Interpretation of assessment findings

  • Therapy recommendations and next steps


Occupational Therapy Treatment (Registered OT – Nalisha)

60-minute session: $230

45-minute session: $195

Service Includes:

  • Direct intervention with Registered Occupational Therapist

  • Clinical planning and progression

  • Caregiver coaching and updates

  • Documentation and administrative time

  • Built margin: moderate, stable, sustainable


Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/RA Services – Supervised)

60-minute session: $120

45-minute session: $90

Service Includes:

  • Implementation of OT treatment plan

  • Skill development and progression support

  • Communication with supervising OT

  • Progress tracking and documentation

  • Strong but accessible second tier of care

Speech-Language Assessment (Audrina Sottile, M.A., SLP) – $260

Service Includes:

  • Comprehensive speech and/or language assessment

  • Clinical observation and analysis

  • Caregiver consultation

  • Goal development

  • Written assessment summary


Speech Therapy Report Writing – $160

Service Includes:

  • Clinical interpretation

  • Detailed written report

  • Recommendations for intervention


Speech Therapy Treatment (SLP – Audrina Sottile)

60-minute session: $220

45-minute session: $180

Service Includes:

  • Direct therapy with Speech-Language Pathologist

  • Individualized treatment planning

  • Progress monitoring

  • Caregiver coaching and strategies


Supervision Model

Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/RA) sessions are delivered under the direct and indirect supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist. All treatment plans are developed and monitored by the OT to ensure safe, consistent, and effective care.
