1. Payment Policy

• Therapy sessions must be paid in advance or at the time of booking
• We accept secure payment methods (online, bank transfer, etc.)
• Package plans may require upfront or partial payment

2. Free Consultation

We offer a free 15-minute consultation to understand your child’s needs and guide you on next steps.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice
• Missed sessions without notice may be charged

4. Refund Policy

• Completed sessions are non-refundable
• Unused sessions may be reviewed case-by-case
• Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–14 business days

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered for:

• Medical emergencies
• Relocation
• Other valid reasons
